Life Strategy Coaching for Individuals

We have developed hundreds of tools, distinctions, principles, and exercises to improve your clarity, self-awareness, and self-worth. Transformation packages are available for 2x or 3x per month over a 6-month agreement. We begin our work together with a personal assessment and then map out your goals and intentions for at least the first 60 days.

Group Coaching & Lectures

The group dynamics and interactions that unfold with a proactive weekly group allow for faster transformation. This community offers multiple styles of meetings to include book study programs, lectures on human behavior, neuroscience, personal growth, and elements of success. We have presented work on Integral theory, self-awareness, mindset, and abundance.

Workshop and Seminar Facilitation

Workshop and Seminar facilitation: These events and training experiences are customized and personalized to the audience and organization. We have conducted several hundred lifestyle and business workshops over the past two decades to optimize performance, develop skill sets and acquire new behaviors or competencies. Fees can be negotiated by the hour, day-rate/travel, or by the project and event.

Small business & Sales Coaching

Small business & Sales Coaching: We have been consulting and coaching entrepreneurs and the franchise industry for over 28 years. Over a 6-month period together, we will develop strategic plans, a stronger sales and marketing process, increase your profitability, improve communications with customers and your staff, and upgrade your leadership and overall operations. Our remote coaching has been utilized in over 38 states nationwide and 16 countries

As a corporate strategist, integral teacher, and national business coach, my passion has been inspiring and teaching thousands of leaders. I work with entrepreneurs to reach their goals and dreams, increase their income, and achieve the seemingly impossible. I’ve developed hundreds of tools, distinctions, principles, and exercises to improve your clarity, self-awareness, and self-worth.

I have consulted with several large corporations, including Fortune 100 companies. I’ve been fortunate enough to travel to more than 140 major cities to launch start-up companies, train with HR & Coaching professionals and inspire senior executives to improve their bottom line.

After receiving a BBA in Finance and specializing in Entrepreneurship and Organizational Psychology, I became Anthony Robbins’ youngest salaried consultant in North America. I have conducted over 9,400 hours of one-on-one business consults/sessions to this point and facilitated 1,450 group events. I study personal transformation daily and push my own boundaries. I have combined my experience, knowledge, and enthusiasm to author several seminars and lifestyle workshops, in addition to publishing more than 53 corporate courses. As a seasoned facilitator, I enjoy unique challenges that require fresh, new agendas, and content development.
